Pricing · Subcontractors · Brisbane & SEQ

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

The writing that wins your work and gets you paid — from your own project history, your own rates, your own words, with a human sign-off trail.

These are the numbers you will hear on a call. Nothing here is a “from” price, nothing is quoted by the hour, and the middle step comes off the next one in full if you keep going.

Answer Gap Report

Free

no catch, no card

and we ask you for nothing

One page on a tender that is open right now: the questions where your published evidence does not cover the answer, with the closing date at the top.

Ask for a gap report

What you get

  • Built entirely from public sources — a live package, your capability statement, your website
  • No price list, no documents, no call, no account
  • The closing date at the top, because that is the part that decides whether it is useful
  • Yours to use whether or not you ever reply to us

Where it stops

It tells you where the gaps are. It does not fill them — that is the next rung, and we would rather say so than pretend a free page is the whole job.

Single-Tender Engagement

the one most people start at

A$1,500

one-off

credited in full against setup — the build is then A$1,000 instead of A$2,500

We write one real submission with you, end to end, on the tender of your choosing. You keep the response and the library it produced regardless of what you decide afterwards.

Book a single tender

What you get

  • Your rates, past projects, insurances and accreditations loaded and checked against source documents
  • A full response drafted from your own past submissions, on your letterhead
  • Every claim not backed by evidence you can produce is flagged, not written around
  • A working session to review it, so the wording ends up yours rather than ours
  • Credited in full against the Library Build — go ahead and the build costs A$1,000, so this rung cost you nothing

Where it stops

One tender, one deadline. It does not arm anything for next month; nothing keeps working after we finish unless you go on to the build.

Bid & Claim Library Build

A$2,500

one-off · A$4,500 after the first 10 clients

one-off, fixed — not an hourly estimate. Less the A$1,500 if you did a single tender first

The week-one engagement that turns your filing cabinet into something that writes. Past submissions, capability statements, insurances, accreditations and your project register, all loaded and governed.

Talk about a build

What you get

  • Your rate and schedule library and project register, verified line by line against the source documents
  • Four formats reverse-engineered from your own past submissions and claims
  • Letterhead and export configured before you are shown a single draft
  • One narrow rule armed on the estimating or contracts inbox — one rule, never five
  • An approver group set so the contracts manager signs what the estimator drafts

Where it stops

It is setup, not a subscription. The library is yours and exports in full, but the drafting stops if the subscription does.

Contractor subscription

A$690

per month · A$490/month on the founding rate

8 seats included, +A$60 per seat after · founding rate holds for 12 months

The office keeps writing. Tenders, prequalification answers, variation claims, extension-of-time notices and payment claims, from the library your build produced.

See the plan

What you get

  • 8 seats on the one library — estimators, contracts, admin
  • Every document carries a sign-off trail: who approved it, when, and against what
  • Your rates and terms maintained once, used by everyone
  • Export everything whenever you like. Cancel and the library is still yours

Where it stops

It writes; a person still approves. Nothing is ever sent, signed or submitted without someone reading it first — which is the point, not a limitation we are apologising for.

The subscription in detail

A$690 a month, 8 seats.

For subcontractors who win the work on paperwork, then get paid on it.

  • Everything in Team, 8 seats included, +A$60 per extra seat
  • Tender and prequalification answers drawn from your own past submissions
  • Variation claims, extension-of-time notices and payment claims in your contract's own wording
  • Your rates, subcontract terms and project history, shared across the office
  • Every document carries a sign-off trail: who approved it, when, against what

Extra seats are A$60 a month each, added and removed as people join and leave. Smaller offices that only need one or two people writing should look at the self-serve plans instead — the same product with fewer seats and no setup engagement.

Clients 1–10

What the founding rate costs you

You get

  • Setup at A$2,500 instead of A$4,500 — A$1,000 of it if you did a single tender first
  • A$490/mo instead of A$690, held for 12 months
  • The founder doing the build personally, and a direct line afterwards

We ask

  • A named case study with the real numbers, once it is earning its keep
  • Three introductions to businesses like yours
  • A monthly call telling us what is wrong with it

Priced in and asked for up front, in writing. Not a favour we come back for in six months.

Founding pricing applies to the first 10 clients. Ask on the call how many places are left — we will tell you, and we will not pretend it is fewer than it is.

Why is there a setup fee at all when the smaller plans have none?

Because the work is different. A self-serve account starts from a price list and five documents. This starts from your past submissions, your accreditations and insurances, your project register and your subcontract terms — all loaded, verified line by line against the source documents, and governed so a figure that contradicts a certified one cannot reach a draft. That week is the difference between a tool you have to feed and a library that writes. It is quoted as a fixed one-off, not as an hourly estimate.

Does the A$1,500 really come off the build?

In full. Do the Single-Tender Engagement and the Library Build costs A$1,000 instead of A$2,500 — so the middle rung cost you nothing except a tender you were going to write anyway. That is the point of it: it exists so that saying yes is cheap, and crediting it is what makes that true rather than a slogan.

What if we do the single tender and then stop?

You keep the response and the library it produced, and you owe nothing further. Nothing keeps working after we finish — the drafting is what the subscription buys — but the material is yours, exported in full. We would rather say that plainly than pretend a one-off engagement arms anything for next month.

Can we skip the engagement and just subscribe?

Not at this stage, and it is a deliberate limit rather than an upsell. An account with no library in it drafts from nothing, and a subcontractor who subscribes to that concludes within a fortnight that the product does not work. The setup is what makes the subscription worth paying for.

How long does the build take?

A week of elapsed time, and roughly a day of yours — mostly handing over documents and one working session to review the first real output. It ends with your letterhead configured, one narrow rule armed on the estimating or contracts inbox, and an approver group set so the contracts manager signs what the estimator drafts.

What happens after the founding cohort fills up?

Setup goes to A$4,500 and the subscription to A$690/month. Founding clients keep A$490/month for 12 months, which is the consideration for the commitment — it is a separate price on the invoice, not a coupon we can quietly withdraw.

Is there a contract, and can we leave?

The founding rate is held against a 12-month commitment, which is what buys the discount, and that is stated in writing before anything is signed. At list price there is no minimum term. Either way, export everything whenever you like — cancel and the library is still yours.
