Pricing · Australian dollars

Start free. Pay when it is doing real work.

Every figure on this site is what appears on the invoice. Which figures apply depends on one thing, so it is the first thing the page asks.

On the four plans below: one price, monthly, in Australian dollars. No setup fee, no minimum term, no call with anyone, and you can start without a card.

Before you ask

We don't touch your job system.

We don't want your data out of it, we don't replace it. We do the writing it was never built to do.

Nothing on this page includes an integration with simPRO, AroFlo, ServiceM8, Tradify, Procore or Xero, and none is coming. Keep every one of them. What none of them do is write the tender answer, the variation claim or the payment claim. That is the only thing you are buying here.

The honest bit

Is it actually paying off? Ask it.

Every tool on the internet promises to save you time. This one keeps score, and it keeps what it measured separate from what it estimated, because rendering a guess with the authority of a measurement is the one thing a number like this must never do.

It counts what it actually produced, prices it against assumptions you set and can change, and lets you tick off the work you won. Once a month it emails you the summary, whether or not it flatters us. Anything it had to guess is labelled a guess, and it will not state a win rate at all until enough outcomes are recorded for one to mean anything.

An example, not a promise. Yours is built from what it actually did. It under-claims when it isn't sure.

If you have to put this to someone

The case for whoever holds the budget.

Nobody signs a subscription to make an afternoon nicer. Three arguments that survive contact with whoever holds the budget.

The work you win is capped at what one person's evenings allow

Six tenders a year instead of twenty, because that is what one estimator can carry after hours. Variations absorbed instead of claimed, because nobody wrote them up. And all of it stops the week that person takes leave. That is not a productivity problem, it is a ceiling on the size of the business. And in this labour market you cannot hire your way past it.

You are already paying for this function. Just not on the payroll

A freelance bid writer is one to three thousand dollars a submission. A contracts administrator is a six-figure salary plus the eighteen months it takes to find one. The work is getting done either way, at night, by somebody who was already finished for the day.

And nobody can currently tell you what a number was based on

Somebody in the office is already putting your paperwork through a chat tool. That is not a reason to panic and it is probably making them faster. But there is no record of which price they used, nothing stopping a figure from last year's schedule going out this week, and no name against what was sent. When a client asks about a claim, that is the gap worth closing.

Pricing questions

The ones that decide it.

Is there really a free plan, or is it a trial?

Both, separately. The Free plan is permanent: about 20 drafts / month, up to 5 documents to learn from, no card, and it does not expire. On top of that, every paid plan starts with 7 days free and cancels in one click. If you cancel a paid plan you land back on Free rather than on a paywall, and you keep everything.

Are these prices in Australian dollars, and do they include GST?

Australian dollars, and every figure we publish includes GST — the number you read is the number you pay. Your invoice shows the GST component separately so you can claim it. We are an Australian business billing in AUD, so there is no currency conversion for Australian customers.

What actually happens if I hit the monthly cap?

Drafting pauses for the rest of the month; nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. You can upgrade, wait for the reset, or on Pro and above connect your own model provider account. From that point your volume is a matter between you and your provider and our cap is not in the way.

Can I change plan or cancel later?

Any time, in one click, without talking to anyone. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no lock-in on the self-serve plans and no minimum term.

If I cancel, what happens to everything it learned?

You keep it. Everything it learned is written in plain English where you can read it, and it exports in full (price tables, formats, reference documents) at any time, including after you cancel. Delete your account and it is gone immediately. Uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours regardless.

Which plan do I want if there are three of us?

Team. Individual and Pro are single-seat: they hold one person's rates, formats and voice. Team is 5 seats on one shared library, so the price list is maintained once and everyone drafts from it, with a shared activity log. Extra seats are A$29 a month each.

We bid for work and chase payment claims. Is Team the right plan?

Probably not. Tendering and claiming is a different job from writing quotes and reports: it needs your past submissions, your accreditations, your project register and an approver who is not the person drafting, and it is not something you set up from a blank account in an afternoon. That is sold as a built-with-you engagement starting with a free written artifact, and it is on its own page. The subscription behind it is A$690/month for everyone in the office.
